The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, managing, and executing a variety of events while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of events from concept to completion
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and staffing
Develop and maintain event timelines and budgets
Communicate with clients to understand their vision and objectives
Ensure smooth on-site execution and problem resolution
Prepare post-event evaluations and reports
Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team members
Qualifications

Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required
