We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Atlanta team. The ideal candidate will provide vital support to our daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical

  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed

  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory

  • Provide support to team members and assist with general office duties

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
