We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing communication strategies, drafting internal and external correspondence, and ensuring consistent messaging across various platforms (excluding social media). This role requires strong writing skills, the ability to collaborate across departments, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
Develop and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, reports, and email campaigns
Coordinate with project managers and departments to ensure consistent messaging
Prepare written materials such as press releases, statements, talking points, and client updates
Manage internal documentation and assist with communication planning
Ensure clarity and consistency in all company communications
Monitor communication processes and suggest improvements
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools
