Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support the execution of internal and external communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and a keen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is essential in ensuring that all company messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and distributing internal communications across departments

  • Draft and edit content for newsletters, press releases, presentations, and company announcements

  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and public-facing communications

  • Support crisis communication strategies when necessary

  • Maintain brand voice and message consistency across all communication channels

  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure alignment on key messaging

  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication performance

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a communications or related role

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
