We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and assisting various departments with clerical and organizational tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents as needed
Maintain accurate records and manage confidential information
Coordinate meetings and appointments, including room setup and calendar management
Provide support to different departments to ensure smooth operations
Monitor office supplies and handle procurement when necessary
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
