  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and quality standards.

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service possible.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.

  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus but not required
