Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and quality standards.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service possible.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus but not required
