Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our services.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.

  • Provide product information, guidance, and follow-up on customer requests.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.

  • Assist in improving customer support processes and contribute to the development of FAQs or help guides.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer support software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
