We are looking for a talented and organized Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator at Nexmos Design, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring every detail aligns with our clients' vision and expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, from concept to completion.

  • Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and objectives.

  • Manage logistics, including venue selection, catering, and vendor coordination.

  • Create event schedules and oversee the setup and breakdown process.

  • Ensure all events are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure brand alignment.

  • Handle on-site coordination and troubleshoot issues as they arise during the event.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
