Job Description:
The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for managing internal and external communications for the company. This includes crafting messages, coordinating public relations efforts, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to support the development of communication strategies that align with Nexmos Design's mission and vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote company initiatives.

  • Create and manage content for internal and external communications (press releases, newsletters, emails, etc.).

  • Coordinate public relations efforts, including media outreach and event planning.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.

  • Assist in crisis communication and media relations as needed.

  • Monitor industry trends and adapt communication strategies accordingly.

  • Prepare reports on communication effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a communications or public relations role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with media relations and event coordination.
