Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. This position will play a key role in shaping and executing internal and external communication strategies to support the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strategic mindset, capable of enhancing the company’s reputation through effective communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to support the company’s objectives.

  • Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.

  • Coordinate communication projects and initiatives across various departments.

  • Manage the company’s media relations and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Assist with event planning and logistics to ensure smooth communication during company events.

  • Track communication efforts and analyze their effectiveness to recommend improvements.

  • Work closely with senior management to align messaging and communication strategies with business goals.

 

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of communication trends and best practices.
