We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Communications Coordinator to join our team. This position will play a key role in managing internal and external communications, ensuring that our messages are consistent, clear, and aligned with the company’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong ability to develop and implement communication strategies that enhance the company’s brand presence and support organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies
Coordinate and manage communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and promotional content
Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure clear communication across the organization
Maintain and update the company’s website and other communication platforms
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication performance
Assist with organizing company events, conferences, and press releases
Provide support in crisis communications, as needed
Manage and maintain communication channels, ensuring messages are delivered to the appropriate audiences
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure consistent messaging
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
