Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent service, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. The ideal candidate will be efficient, friendly, and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock

• Follow company policies and security procedures for cash handling

• Assist with store opening and closing duties as needed

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred

• Strong numerical and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high transaction volumes

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures

• Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions

• High school diploma or equivalent required
