Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Provide information about products and services to customers

• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner

• Document customer interactions and update records as necessary

• Handle customer orders, requests, and concerns in a clear and concise manner

• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Meet performance goals and targets for customer service metrics

• Follow company procedures and policies to ensure consistent service quality

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or experience in customer service is a plus
