Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams to provide accurate information and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

• Assist with order processing, tracking, and follow-ups

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in customer service is a plus
