Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. You will play an integral role in assisting our customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely and accurate information

  • Handle customer complaints and work to resolve issues in a professional and effective manner

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately

  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a courteous and efficient manner

  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes

  • Maintain and update customer records in the system

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with customers

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
