We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining company records and databases. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems

  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness

  • Maintain and organize digital and physical records

  • Retrieve data as requested by authorized personnel

  • Assist in generating reports and compiling data for analysis

  • Perform routine data audits to ensure consistency and integrity

  • Follow company procedures and confidentiality policies when handling sensitive information

  • Support other administrative tasks as needed

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Fast and efficient typing skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
