Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our event planning team. In this role, you will assist in the coordination and execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a vital part in helping plan, organize, and manage various events, working closely with clients and vendors to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events

  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services

  • Coordinate event schedules and timelines to ensure smooth operations

  • Assist in preparing event materials, such as agendas, presentations, and signage

  • Handle on-site coordination during events, ensuring all aspects are running as planned

  • Provide post-event support, including gathering feedback and assisting with follow-up tasks

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination preferred

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
