Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Manage office supplies and maintain an organized workspace
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed
Maintain office records and ensure accurate documentation
Process invoices, track expenses, and support basic financial tasks
Coordinate internal communications and assist with office events
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in office administration is a plus
