We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

  • Monitor account activity and ensure clients’ needs are being met

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services and solutions according to client expectations

  • Maintain detailed records of client communications, interactions, and transactions

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings

  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding account status and any changes to services

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and propose additional services

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client account management, customer service, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
