We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Austin. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of office activities, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and organization
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory and cost control
Coordinate office meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing excellent customer service
Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Manage office budgets, monitor expenses, and provide reports to senior management
Support HR with employee records, onboarding, and other administrative tasks
Assist with property management tasks and general office functions as required
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office management preferred
