We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Media Planner to join our team. As a Media Planner, you will play a key role in developing and executing media strategies that maximize exposure for our clients. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to plan, implement, and optimize media campaigns, ensuring they align with the client's objectives and target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute media plans that align with client objectives and target demographics

  • Analyze and interpret data to create effective media strategies

  • Negotiate and purchase media space across various platforms (TV, radio, digital, print, etc.)

  • Manage and optimize media campaigns to ensure maximum performance and ROI

  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure media placements align with campaign creative

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of media campaigns and suggest improvements

  • Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new media opportunities

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in media planning, preferably in a real estate or marketing environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work with data and interpret it to inform media strategies

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in media planning software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
