We are seeking a skilled and motivated Communications Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing communication efforts within the organization and ensuring effective messaging with clients, stakeholders, and the public. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive company image and supporting business growth through clear and impactful communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline communication between internal teams and external clients

  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses

  • Assist in drafting and distributing marketing materials, press releases, and client communications

  • Maintain and update communication channels, including email, phone, and other platforms

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, presentations, and events as needed

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent and accurate messaging

  • Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and provide suggestions for improvement

  • Support public relations and corporate communication initiatives

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred
