Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Call Center Agent to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services

• Provide information and support to customers with a focus on resolving their issues

• Record and maintain customer interactions and transactions in the system

• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with order processing and follow-up as needed

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Meet or exceed performance and customer satisfaction targets

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle high volumes of calls in a professional and friendly manner

• Proficient in basic computer skills and customer service software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
