Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing internal and external communications strategies. Your work will help enhance the company’s brand image, ensure clear communication across all departments, and support marketing initiatives. You will be the key point of contact for all communication efforts, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company’s brand image

  • Write and edit content for newsletters, press releases, website updates, and social media channels (non-social media focus)

  • Coordinate and manage internal communications to ensure smooth information flow between teams

  • Maintain and update company website and other digital platforms

  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials and presentations

  • Manage media relations and act as the point of contact for press inquiries

  • Organize and support events, press conferences, and other promotional activities

  • Analyze communication efforts and provide reports on effectiveness

  • Provide general administrative support to the communications team

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Communications Coordinator or in a similar role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with content creation and editing

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and website management tools

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
