Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide direct support to executives and management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring seamless daily operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed

  • Assist in managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls

  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records

  • Conduct research and compile information for various projects

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executive

  • Provide general administrative support to enhance efficiency and productivity

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • High school diploma required; additional certifications or a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
