Job Description:
Hype Tier is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, conduct market research, and coordinate various projects to help achieve company goals. Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

• Prepare and update marketing materials, reports, and presentations

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives

• Maintain and organize marketing documentation and databases

• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to support decision-making

• Provide administrative support for the marketing department, including scheduling and logistics

• Assist in event planning, branding initiatives, and outreach efforts

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Prior marketing experience is preferred but not required
