We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role involves developing and managing communication strategies, ensuring clear and effective messaging across various platforms, and supporting both internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication plans to support business objectives

  • Create, edit, and distribute internal and external communication materials

  • Coordinate and oversee corporate messaging to maintain brand consistency

  • Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and newsletters

  • Support media relations efforts, including drafting press releases and managing inquiries

  • Ensure effective internal communication between departments and leadership

  • Maintain and update company communication records and databases

  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events and initiatives

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate setting

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
