Sociaxe is seeking a highly skilled Communications Coordinator to manage and execute internal and external communication strategies. This role will involve crafting clear and engaging content, coordinating corporate messaging, and ensuring effective communication across all departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand messaging

  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and corporate announcements

  • Coordinate and support communication initiatives across departments

  • Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and tone across all company materials

  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and presentations

  • Maintain and update company documentation, reports, and communication records

  • Monitor and analyze communication efforts to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements

  • Liaise with internal teams to align messaging with business objectives

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field

  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently

  • Experience in content development and document preparation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
