We are seeking a motivated and driven Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales department by assisting with the daily tasks related to lead generation, customer communication, and sales process management. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, quick to learn, and ready to contribute to the team’s success.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the management of leads and customer inquiries
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports
Maintain and update customer databases
Communicate with potential clients to provide information and schedule meetings
Track sales metrics and help identify new business opportunities
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Motivated and eager to learn in a sales-driven environment
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
