We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential administrative support to the management team, and helping to maintain effective communication across departments.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executives and team members
Manage and maintain office schedules, including appointments and meetings
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Assist in the coordination of office operations, events, and activities
Maintain and update office files and records
Organize office supplies and ensure proper inventory management
Assist with travel arrangements and event planning when necessary
Perform additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative qualifications preferred
