We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Communications Coordinator to manage internal and external communications for our organization. This role will be responsible for developing clear messaging, coordinating company-wide communications, and ensuring consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support company objectives

  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, newsletters, and reports

  • Ensure brand consistency in all messaging and company materials

  • Coordinate and support corporate events, meetings, and presentations

  • Maintain and update company communication materials and documentation

  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure clear and effective messaging

  • Assist in crisis communication planning and response

  • Track and analyze communication efforts to improve engagement and effectiveness

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role

  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
