We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure the efficiency of office activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the team and contribute to the smooth functioning of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records

  • Organize and maintain office files, documents, and reports

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and appointments for executives and team members

  • Handle phone calls and email inquiries in a professional manner

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and other business materials

  • Manage office supplies and ensure an organized workspace

  • Support event planning and coordination of company activities

  • Provide assistance to different departments as needed

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under deadlines

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
