We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily business operations. This role is essential in ensuring efficiency within the office, assisting management, and maintaining organized processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members

  • Manage office documentation, reports, and records

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications

  • Support event planning and company initiatives

  • Perform general office duties as required

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively

  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Professional and proactive approach to work

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
