Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries

  • Manage appointment scheduling and conference room bookings

  • Maintain an organized and presentable reception area

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

  • Assist with office supply management and inventory

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus
