We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Communications Coordinator to support and enhance our internal and external communication efforts. This role will focus on crafting clear and effective messaging, managing corporate communications, and ensuring consistency in branding and tone. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, reports, and presentations

  • Assist in creating and implementing communication strategies to align with company goals

  • Coordinate and support company-wide announcements and messaging initiatives

  • Maintain and update communication materials to ensure consistency and accuracy

  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective messaging across various channels

  • Conduct research and analyze communication trends to enhance engagement

  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events and public relations activities

  • Ensure brand consistency in all company communications

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in messaging

  • Previous experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related role preferred
