We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

  • Process returns, exchanges, and service requests in accordance with company policies

  • Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

  • Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations

  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software

  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
