Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to support various marketing initiatives will contribute to the success of our marketing efforts and help drive the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Create marketing materials and content for various platforms
• Conduct market research and gather data to support marketing strategies
• Coordinate and manage marketing events and promotional activities
• Assist with social media management, including content creation and scheduling (Note: Social media experience is not a primary requirement for this position)
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and results
• Maintain and update marketing databases
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• A strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
