We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining strong relationships, and upholding the high standards of Sonar Spark.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns
  • Track and report customer feedback and issues
  • Assist in improving customer service processes and procedures
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or similar role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in customer service a plus
