We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure the efficiency of business activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to executives, manage office procedures, and assist with essential tasks to keep the workplace running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records
- Organize and manage office files, reports, and documentation
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports
- Support management with data entry, research, and special projects
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming inquiries
- Assist in coordinating company events and internal meetings
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office technology
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in office administration preferred
