Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
