We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative support, assisting with daily office functions, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and staff
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Assist with payroll and other financial record-keeping tasks
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Support with scheduling and coordinating office events
  • Perform other office duties as needed

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are preferred
