The ideal candidate will have strong writing and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, newsletters, reports, and company announcements
- Assist in creating presentations and materials for company meetings and events
- Maintain and update company communication materials and documents
- Coordinate and support public relations efforts, ensuring alignment with company messaging
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication processes
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights for improving communication strategies
- Organize and assist in planning corporate meetings, conferences, and events
- Maintain records of communication activities and generate reports as needed
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in communications, public relations, or administrative support preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
