Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Manage day-to-day account activities, ensuring all client inquiries and requests are handled promptly

- Track and monitor client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of services
- Prepare reports and updates for clients and senior management
- Assist with contract negotiations and renewals
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company services and the property management industry

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required
