In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain and update customer records in the database
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
Qualifications
