We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records and databases. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of information with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical records
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries
  • Retrieve and process documents as needed
  • Perform regular data quality checks and correct errors when necessary
  • Assist with administrative tasks and report preparation
  • Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support other departments with data-related tasks as required

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
