Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and creative Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and meets expectations. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, entertainment, and venue setup
  • Communicate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements
  • Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure contracts and ensure high-quality service
  • Manage event budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints
  • Coordinate event timelines and schedules, ensuring smooth operations during the event
  • Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure everything is executed as planned
  • Handle guest lists, RSVPs, and other event-related administrative tasks
  • Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during events

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously and under pressure
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
