We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services. You will work closely with other departments to provide timely and effective solutions that meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing effective solutions
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers accurately
  • Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up when necessary
  • Assist in managing customer accounts and processing requests
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction
  • Help streamline processes and suggest improvements to enhance service efficiency
  • Provide feedback and report trends in customer issues to management

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage customer inquiries with accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service or communication preferred
