We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to develop, implement, and manage internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in corporate communications, content creation, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires the ability to coordinate messaging across various channels and ensure consistency in brand communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication plans to enhance engagement and brand consistency
  • Draft and edit corporate communications, including newsletters, press releases, presentations, and reports
  • Collaborate with various departments to align messaging and communication strategies
  • Coordinate and manage company events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Maintain and update communication materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Assist in crisis communication planning and execution when necessary
  • Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for improving communication strategies

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in coordinating internal events and corporate initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools
