We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Front Office Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining a smooth flow of communication within the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff and clients.
- Manage office supplies and ensure office cleanliness and organization.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, copying, and data entry.
- Maintain and update office calendars and schedules.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher is a plus).
- Proven experience as a front office representative or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle various office duties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
