Job Description:
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and coordinating marketing initiatives and sales strategies. This role will involve managing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and collaborating with both internal teams and clients to optimize sales processes and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate sales efforts to ensure seamless communication between marketing and sales teams.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare marketing and sales reports to communicate progress and results to management.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Organize and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and documents.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales objectives.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or sales coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
